About GABRIEL (he/hIM)
When Trust Has Been Broken
You’re at a crossroads, wondering if you can ever feel safe in your relationship again. Broken trust comes in many forms: long-standing resentments, emotional or physical infidelity, or hidden behaviors coming to light. Each one brings real anguish and a need for healing.
You may worry that talking about the hurt with a therapist will make it worse. However, working with a skilled couples therapist can offer your relationship a chance to stabilize. Stabilizing doesn’t mean agreeing to stay, excusing your partner’s actions, or rushing to forgiveness, but it gives your relationship the space for clarity to emerge so you can make sound decisions about what comes next.
Healing rarely happens on its own. With the right support, alongside a commitment to honesty and accountability, many couples can come back from broken trust. Together, we can name the impact of the broken trust, work toward meaningful repair, and begin rebuilding a foundation that is more honest, secure, and sturdy than ever before.
Gabriel’s Specialties
Executives, Healthcare Workers & High-Demand Careers
I work with healthcare professionals, executives, first responders, and other professionals whose work requires them to give 110% of themselves every day. While fulfilling, these careers place real constraints on your life and relationships: long hours, shift work, unpredictable schedules, vicarious trauma and chronic stress, which is rarely left at the office.
After years working in healthcare and leadership, I know these demands are part of your reality. While some may not be eliminated, I can help you and your partner navigate the impact on your relationship.
You don’t have to choose between a career you enjoy and a relationship you value. Together, we can find ways to work within the realities of your life while creating more connection, communication, and space for both your relationship and your career to thrive.
Sexuality & Intimacy
A fulfilling sexual relationship is more than physical connection — it requires safety, trust, vulnerability, and a place for open communication about what you want, need, worry about, or would like to explore.
Most couples will experience times when desire differs, their sex life changes, or they need to rebuild sexual connection after disconnection, hurt, or betrayal. If one or both partners' behaviors are creating strain or secrecy in your relationship — whether it's porn use, compulsive sexual behavior, betrayal, or something difficult to talk about — there's space for this, too.
With 17 years as a therapist with specialized training in sex therapy, I know how to make hard conversations easier and offer guidance to build greater trust, satisfaction, and intimacy in your relationship.
Sex therapy is talk-based. There is never any sexual contact or touching between therapist and clients.
